Any one of the following Valid Identifications is acceptable:
• Any State issued Driver’s License
• Any State issued Identification Card
• US Passport
• US Military ID Card
• Inmate ID Card
• Foreign Driver’s License
• Foreign Passports stamped by USCIS
• Two credible witnesses (for a person who does not have a current ID)
• No Identification is required if the person is personally known to the Notary

We accept all major credit cards,  CashApp, Paypal and cash

Please review all documents for the correct spelling of names and correct dates. Make sure to have valid identification for the signing. Please wait to sign any of the documents until the appointment.

We cannot create, edit, or change any part or wording of documents or any Notarial Act. If we were letting our options or advice on the document’s contents, that would be practicing law, which we cannot do. Contacting an Attorney would be the proper choice for creating a document or agreement.

Each Notarized signature usually takes about 10 minutes. Appointments may take longer, depending on the number of documents.

We can tell our clients what type of document it is; for example, we can inform our clients  “This a Power of attorney” ” This a commercial lease.”
